Patient Information

1. Scheduling a Medical Appointment:
  • Contact your healthcare provider's office, clinic, or hospital to refer you to Cardicure and schedule an appointment. Referrals made in person are accepted and entertained equally. This can be done by phone or online through our website or patient portal.
  • Cardicure patient portal service will allow you to create your username and login, and you can upload your information and relevant investigations for review. Alternatively, you can submit your query via a message on our website or email us at info@Cardicure.com.
  • Once a referral is sent to Cardicure team, an appointment will be offered in the next 24-48 hours.
  • Depending on the geographical location of the patient, appointments will be offered via telecom, over the phone, and face-to-face.
  • Following the initial consultation, a medical/surgical plan of management will be offered/explained to the patient.
