Dr James Gooch is a doctor trained in anaesthetics and intensive care and has spent over a decade working across both the public and private sectors. He was a senior doctor on an intensive care unit during the COVID19 pandemic and also has extensive experience of caring for critically ill patients following complex surgery.

He is now deputy lead resident doctor at The Harley Street Clinic, part of HCA UK, and continues to work as an intensive care doctor.
